About Me
If you don't know me, my name is Dan and I've been a real estate professional since 2008. I'm born and raised in Toronto and got the chance to live in it's many suburbs as well. I've had the blessing to serve hundreds of clients and done over $240M in real estate transactions over the years.
Even as a successful and longstanding real estate agent, I felt like the options in Canada were limited when it came to investing so I started to invest in to the US Real Estate. I have a focus on Las Vegas and Southern California for our flipping and investing business while looking nationwide for deals through wholesale real estate.
On the personal front, I'm married to my wife Vannessa and we have 2 boys (6&4). We love entrepreneurship, travel & travel hacking, good food, golf and most of our life revolves around our faith as Christians. So now that you know about me, let's get started.
